The wind coming off of the lake this afternoon will provide cooler temps along the lakeshore. Saturday will start out dry, just a spotty t-storm will develop in the afternoon. I expect the Marathon forecast to be pleasant on Sunday with a race start temp around 60 with a partly cloudy sky.

Investigators raid suspected cockfighting ring

West 60th and Madison, Cleveland

CLEVELAND, OH (WOIO)- Investigators are raiding a home for a suspected cockfighting ring on Cleveland's west side.

Residents can hear the roosters crowing in the neighborhood of West 60th and Madison.

19 Action News has learned an estimated 100 roosters have been taken out of the home, as well as one large wild turkey.

Cleveland police, the dog warden, the APL and the Happy Trails Farm Animal Sanctuary are all on the scene.

It's unclear how much this ring might be related to the ring broken up by investigators in March at a home on West 30th Street.
